Personal Information in the Palm of your Hand
With the MiSVb Trahado App, employees can access their personal information registered with SVb Aruba, ensuring transparency and better control over their information. In addition to personal information, employees can also view their employment history registered with SVb. Through the app, employees can also access their employment information such as the insured working number of hours, ensuring transparency and better control over their information.
Additionally, it provides easier access to download SVb registration documents, making certain administrative procedures easier and faster.
Functionality for AO Notification
With the app, employees can also notify AO (report sick), simplifying the AO notification process while ensuring more efficient communication with the employer. Employees who notify AO through the app are informed of each step in the process, and the employer also receives notifications regarding the AO status of their employee. It is important to note that the employer is only informed of the AO dates, and no medical information is shared with them.
With the introduction of the app, our AO Online portal will also be closed as of October 11th. Notifications made on the AO Online portal will continue to be managed on the same portal, but after October 11th, AO notifications can only be made through the app or by phone.

The MiSVb Trahado Mobile App is available for free download on Google Android and Apple iOS platforms.
Users can find the app in their respective app digital store by searching for “MiSVb Trahado”. To assist with the app, we have established a MiSVb Trahado Helpdesk, which is available to assist with any issues that may arise with the app. You can contact the helpdesk via:
