Notify AO (for those not on Medisoft SVb)

Hours to notify AO:

• Online:
  • Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Weekends, Holidays, and ATV days 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

• Phone 527-2782:
  • Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Weekends, Holidays, and ATV days 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Hours for 527-2730 (3rd day after AO notification):

• Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Hours to notify AO for the public sector and for those on the Medisoft SVb portal

All public sector employees must notify AO at their own department or supervisor. Their AO will be registered through Medisoft SVb. A public sector employee cannot notify AO over the phone.

Pension Department

The pension department is closed for public. All calls and emails are answered from Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Enrollment or Enrollment Change

All registration or change of company or employee goes through our MiSVb portal. Changes cannot be made any other way.
